Helpdesk Habits certificates

In September 2026, Helpdesk Habits moved to a new platform. Every certificate earned on the old platform has been reissued there with a new certificate ID - which means old certificate links, like the one that brought you here, have retired.

If it's your certificate

Your certification absolutely still stands. Sign in at app.helpdeskhabits.com/welcome-back (your email address is your login; you'll set a fresh password on the way in) and your certificate is waiting in your account - with a Download PDF button and an Add to LinkedIn button. Worth re-adding it to your profile so your credential link points at the new platform.

If you're checking someone's certificate

Certificates issued on the new platform carry their own public verification link, shown on the certificate itself. To verify a certificate issued before September 2026, email inbound@helpdeskhabits.com with the person's name and we'll confirm their certification, usually within one working day.
