The American personal development guru, Paul J Meyer said that “communication is the key to personal and career success”. He’s right. If you can learn to communicate effectively (and I’m not talking about just spelling and grammar), then most other things will fall into place.
This is why this is the second layer of the pyramid. Without these fundamental habits instilled, you can never truly master the art of customer service.
